Thirty seconds to feel seen.

A quick note on your mood, sleep, and energy. Small enough to keep daily, and it is how Yaara learns to support you.

Once a week, Yaara turns your days into a short, clear read: your streak, how you felt, and one thing worth noticing. No charts to decode.

Practices · Calm

Calm, the moment you need it.

When everything is loud, a few guided minutes bring you back. Just ask Yaara and begin, no searching.

Goals · Keep growing

Watch a goal take shape.

A clear plan, a little progress ring, and Yaara keeping you honest through the week. Growth you can see building.

Notes · In your pocket

Someone in your corner, all day.

A steadying word in the morning, encouragement when the day turns heavy. Little notes that remind you you are not alone.

Insights

Yaara notices what you're too close to see.

Every week it hands your patterns back to you. What lifted you, what drained you, what quietly changed. You say what rings true, and it listens closer.

What I appreciate most is that Yaara does not pretend to have all the answers. It helps me find mine.

Three months of consistent sleep before midnight. My energy is completely different. Yaara’s evening check-ins were the nudge I needed.

A note from the founder

I built Yaara because growth felt lonely. I had goals, journals, and a folder full of apps, and none of them knew me. What I wanted was one place, and one voice, that remembered my whole story and stayed in my corner.

That is what Yaara is. We are in early access, and every conversation is making it better. I hope it meets you the way I needed it to meet me.

Kunal
Founder, Yaara
  • One calm app for your growth, with a coach at the center. Yaara listens, remembers what matters to you, and can act on it, so you feel supported, not just organized.

  • Free while Yaara is in early access. When paid plans arrive, we will be clear about what changes and why.

  • No. Yaara is a reflective companion, not a clinician. If you need clinical support, please reach out to a qualified professional.

  • No. There is no person on the other end. Yaara is a coach built as software, which is why it can be there at two in the morning and remember every conversation you have ever had with it.

  • Yes. Your entries and conversations are yours, encrypted in transit and at rest, and never used to train public models. You can delete anything, anytime.

  • Voice sessions are transcribed so Yaara can remember what matters to you. The audio itself is not kept. Transcripts are encrypted like everything else, and you can delete them anytime.

  • Yes. Your sessions, check-ins, goals, and notes all feed one memory. Bring something up next month and Yaara knows the story so far. Nothing starts from scratch.

  • Yaara is wired into your whole system: your check-ins, goals, notes, sleep, and patterns. It remembers, follows through, and can act on your behalf, not just reply.

  • Yes. And the voice is not just for conversation. Ask Yaara to set a goal, start a practice, or read your week back to you.

  • No. Yaara runs right in your browser, on your phone or your laptop. You can add it to your home screen and it feels like an app.

  • You and Yaara look back at your week together, what went well, what wore on you, what mattered. Then you choose one focus for the week ahead. About thirty minutes, by voice.

  • A guided voice session that walks through the big areas of your life, one at a time, so you can see where you stand and what wants attention first. Around twenty minutes.

  • Tell Yaara what you are reaching for. It becomes a week-by-week plan with milestones and a few small steps each week, and it recalibrates when life shifts.

  • Tap Start growing. The first session takes a minute.
